About the Role

Circet Ireland & UK is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, surveying and programming work streams, and organizing staff to carry out required works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance, and conduct in-progress audits to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the Works Control and Noticing departments, and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and prepare submissions to clients for approval.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the SROH and NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of permit to work schemes, noticing, and client quality requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to understand and take into consideration business impact of decisions.
