As an Early Years Education Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and education for the children entrusted to us.

While gaining practical experience in a premier childcare environment, you will be working towards accredited childcare qualifications.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and addressing the individual needs of each child
  • Supervising and supporting children consistently
  • Engaging in a variety of interactive activities, including storytelling, assisting during meals, playing games, and changing diapers
  • Serving as a positive and practical role model for the children
  • Building friendly and professional relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Understanding and adhering to Safeguarding Procedures

Qualifications:

Maths and English at Level 1 are desirable.

Training:

Your responsibilities will be outlined by your employer. Realise will provide comprehensive on-the-job training, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be integrated into your working hours.

You will be pursuing the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, which encompasses:

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours
  • Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if necessary

This training will be delivered through Realise, a well-established training provider experiencing significant growth.
