Job Type: Temporary, Full-time
Location: Huntingdon Area
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Year 2 teacher to take on a maternity cover position in a well-run and supportive school in the Huntingdon area. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Year 2 class from January 2025, with the possibility of extension into the September 2025 academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Teach a Year 2 class with a confident approach to behaviour management
- Enable children to enjoy school life and reach their full potential
- Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher status in the UK
- A minimum of 3 years teaching experience
- The ability to provide 2 recent references outlining teaching experience and competencies
