Position Overview:

This is a full-time position aimed at attracting a remarkable individual to join the institution in its pursuit of excellence.

This role will commence on a temporary basis, transitioning into a permanent position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic development of the subject area and lead professional development initiatives.
  • Enhance the teaching and learning practices within the institution.
  • Deliver engaging and ambitious lessons that inspire both students and colleagues.
  • Provide exceptional teaching that caters to the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Support the institution in elevating teaching standards and monitoring progress towards established goals.
  • Assist in the implementation of agreed-upon institutional policies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a recognized teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrate outstanding teaching abilities.
  • Have experience in improvement planning.
  • Contribute positively to the quality of learning and curriculum development.
  • Exhibit proficiency in high-quality student tracking and feedback methodologies.
