We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Advanced Teaching Support Assistant (ATSA) to become a vital member of our educational team.

This position plays a crucial role in our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms, offering a competitive daily remuneration ranging from £100 to £120.

In this role, you will facilitate our students' educational journeys, providing the necessary support and guidance to help them excel.

You will be an essential part of classrooms with manageable student numbers, creating a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

To thrive in this position, candidates should have relevant experience and a genuine passion for fostering children's educational growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideally, possess a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification.
  • Experience in providing support for special educational needs (SEN) is beneficial, though not essential.

Provide individualized assistance to students, particularly those with SEN requirements.


Additional Duties:
  • Help maintain a constructive learning atmosphere and manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Assist the educator in evaluating student progress and preparing instructional materials.
