We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Advanced Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team.
This full-time, long-term role has arisen due to the expansion of our team to accommodate our increasing student population.
As an HLTA, you will collaborate closely with classroom educators to deliver personalized support to our diverse learners, including those with special educational needs.
You will have the chance to lead small group sessions, assist in the execution of educational programs, and contribute to creating an engaging learning atmosphere.
Building strong connections with parents and working in partnership with educators will be essential for success in this position.Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable role, ideally with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Provide customized support for students with special educational needs, assisting them in overcoming learning obstacles and achieving their full potential.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on student progress and fostering strong home-school relationships.
