About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our new development in Banbury, working closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

You will have a strong background in site management, with experience in managing residential apartment developments, retirement living, extra-care homes, or student accommodation. You will have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and be a qualified first aider at work.

You will be a natural leader, able to influence and motivate a team of site staff to achieve critical objectives, while maintaining high quality standards. You will be comfortable supervising all onsite staff and will display discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire construction cycle, from start to finish
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards
  • Lead a team of site staff to achieve critical objectives
  • Supervise all onsite staff and maintain high quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
