Site Operative

Join Bloor Homes - Construction as a Site Operative and play a crucial role in ensuring we meet our high standards. As a Site Operative, you will assist the various trades on-site with general laboring duties, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout the site. This role will be diverse, ranging from maintaining welfare and compound facilities to ensuring compliance with health and safety measures. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining stock levels and reporting to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager when low
* Ensuring a satisfactory level of cleanliness throughout the site, including welfare and compound facilities
* Taking on the role of a first aider onsite, if required
* Assisting with health and safety measures, such as pedestrian routes and access, securing perimeter fencing, and site shut down procedures
* Attending meetings necessary for the performance of duties
