About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead our new development in Banbury. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the building site, overseeing health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Successfully lead a team of site staff, ensuring maximum co-operation and influencing key stakeholders to achieve critical objectives.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve quality standards.
Requirements
  • A black or white CSCS card.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Previous Site Management experience gained building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation.
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and qualified as a First Aider at Work.
