About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our EMEA team as a Broker Support. This role will be based in Ipswich and will provide support to Producers, Brokers, and Technical Support colleagues in serving our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess market security information on carriers, checking compliance and financial positions
  • Produce data, statistics, and information packs in support of the placement of a client's reinsurance program
  • Support creation of slips/endorsements
  • Review and interrogate reinsurance contracts to facilitate billing within agreed timescales
  • Regular contact with colleagues on technical support/contracts
  • Ensure compliance with Gallagher policies and GEM throughout the placement process
  • Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Experience of use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office (desirable)
  • Experience in supporting client service through process adherence
