    • Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

    • Disseminate important information and business changes to the Paraplanning team.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of complex written advice and client needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure high-quality work.
  • Competence Framework
    • Oversee the competence framework of the team, including maintaining the skills matrix and conducting peer checks.
    • Collaborate with Advice Quality and Financial Planners to ensure the team's competence is up-to-date.

    • Promote a service excellence mindset throughout the team and wider organization.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of the team's work.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of paraplanning with a proven solid technical knowledge.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team, with a proven track record of delivering written financial advice.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management and positive influencing skills.
  • Literacy, numerical, and analytical skills are essential.
