Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Oncology Research Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of clinical research in the NHS.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trials administration, including data management, and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the research team, including case report form completion, amendment processing, and database management.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including case report form completion, amendment processing, and database management.
  • Assist with monitoring administration of research grants or charitable grants and confirm that appropriate payments are made.
  • Oversee the efficient and timely set up of clinical trials and workforce planning on a daily basis to meet organisational requirements.
  • Manage own workload for daily trial activity, including case report form completion and amendment processing to meet internal and external deadlines.
