Senior Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Officer to join our Liverpool property portfolio team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our properties and engage with our local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a good understanding of how different channels can be used effectively
  • Experience of developing marketing and communications plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information shared
  • Ability to use and interpret data to understand local audiences and make marketing decisions
  • Strong team player skills, able to motivate others and build strong relationships
