We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Futures Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our electrical products in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer relationship management database and produce regular sales reports.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and provide market feedback to the Managing Director.
  • Build and maintain lasting business relationships with new, current, and previous clients.
  • Provide technical solutions to clients' needs, working closely with the engineering team when required.
  • Oversee order progress with project engineers and update clients on the status of their orders.
  • Utilize our company's CRM system to record activities and client information.
  • Promote a positive image of the company and attend trade exhibitions as required.
  • Undertake any further training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience of high voltage equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge supported by electrical qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, and tenacious.
  • Positive attitude.
