About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Onebright Group. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive administrative support to clients, including answering queries and managing case portfolios.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with clients, customers, and therapists.
  • Work collaboratively with a large team to provide a high level of customer service and support.
  • Utilize Microsoft software suite to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Competent in managing administration tasks, with a strong understanding of Microsoft software suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel to our Head Office 3 days a week.
