Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Coronation Court, a new nursing care home providing high-quality care for adults with complex mental health needs, Neuro-disabilities, dementia, and physical disabilities.
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care colleagues, driving quality, and maintaining high standards of care on your unit. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of nursing and care colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Developing and implementing care plans and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks on your unit.
- Acting as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
- Supervising and managing the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.
