Company Overview: Salt is collaborating with a prominent Technology Consultancy that is seeking a skilled Genesys WFM Specialist to support their esteemed clientele.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12-month rolling contract
- Compensation: Up to £450 per day
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
- Tax Status: Inside IR35
Role & Responsibilities:
- Possesses a foundational understanding of Genesys Cloud Email and Web Messaging, including standard Messenger integration, Salesforce Connector integration across all channels (email, chat, voice), and Dynamics Connector integration for all channels (voice, email, chat).
- Demonstrates proficiency in Javascript coding and can provide guidance to client web development teams on utilizing the Genesys Web Messenger SDKs for various integration scenarios, including Authenticated Web Messaging when necessary.
- Capable of swiftly distinguishing between scoped integrations and additional scope, flagging them as potential change requests.
- Can autonomously manage and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for integrations as needed, such as CRM integration scenarios requiring customization. Should coordinate and oversee PoC scope among various stakeholders, including BT Suppliers, Customer Suppliers, and internal teams, while driving the creation of PoC scope, success criteria, and hands-on Genesys configuration as required.
- Possesses intermediate familiarity with Genesys Cloud configuration relevant to aspects such as Architect Flows, Web Messaging configurations, and Genesys Cloud Email configurations.
- Able to engage in technical discussions and intermediate-level business conversations with client stakeholders regarding integrations.
