Key Responsibilities
The post holder will provide support to designated clinicians and collaborate with team members to deliver efficient administrative assistance to the clinical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing patient pathways through the Patient Tracking List (PTL).
- Utilizing digital transcription software to generate clinical correspondence from outpatient and inpatient visits.
- Demonstrating knowledge of medical terminology and clerical processes.
- Exhibiting tact and diplomacy in all communications.
