What We Offer

Your Responsibilities
As the subject matter expert in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, you will mentor our Scrum Masters and Software Delivery teams to maximize product value for both the organization and external clients, emphasizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery timelines. Your daily tasks will include:
- Leading and guiding Scrum teams, ensuring compliance with SAFE Agile/Scrum practices
- Facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identifying and eliminating obstacles that impede team progress
- Collaborating with stakeholders and various departments to swiftly address dependencies and challenges
- Encouraging teams to evaluate their processes and practices, implementing necessary adjustments
- Managing stakeholder expectations and providing transparency regarding team activities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Agile methodologies, along with exceptional leadership skills and a proven history of steering multiple Scrum teams towards successful project outcomes. You should also bring:
- Experience in resolving impediments
- Ability to assess team performance and drive positive changes
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira, Grafana, and Confluence
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
