Job Title: Project Manager - Customer Operations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO team at Schneider Electric. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex change initiatives within our organisation to simplify the life of our customers and our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to close, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to identify project benefits and track benefits realisation.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, issue management, and change management.
  • Lead and motivate project delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Arrange key decision gate reviews in line with the Schneider Electric project delivery framework.
  • Manage project communications with the team, stakeholders, sponsor, and project steering committee.
  • Manage the interface between Schneider Electric Digital organisation, 3rd party developers, and the project team.
  • Assume ownership of resource coordination, both within the PMO and wider business, to ensure successful project deployment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of project management and other software tools (MS Excel, MS Project, Teams).
  • Engineering, project management, or related degree (Prince2, MSP, or other project management accreditation beneficial).
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record in delivering technical or complex change management projects.
  • Comfortable and experienced in utilising either waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
