Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division as a key member of our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects to budget, quality, and time scales.
- Full operational responsibility for the project, including management of all site teams and sub-contractors.
- Conduct regular client meetings to update on progress and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Surveyors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial build projects. You will have experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m+, and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage diverse sectors and new build & refurbishment projects.
- Proven experience of managing commercial build projects as a Project Manager.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m+.
- Experience in diverse sectors, including industrial, commercial, retail, and more.
- Experience in new build & refurbishment projects.
- Ability to speak to clients at multiple levels and manage sub-contractors effectively.
- SMSTS and First Aid certification.
- CSCS card.
- Degree or HND qualified or a trades background.
