About the Role:

As a Project Manager with Kenton Black Ltd, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction projects to budget, quality, and time scales. This includes full operational responsibility for the project, conducting regular client meetings, and managing site teams including sub-contractors.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial build projects. You will have experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m+, and be able to manage diverse sectors, new build, and refurbishment projects. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to manage sub-contractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project delivery to budget, quality, and time scales
  2. Conduct regular client meetings and updates
  3. Manage site teams including sub-contractors
  4. Work with Surveyors to ensure project is in line with budgets
  5. Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to

Requirements:

  1. Experience of managing commercial build projects as a Project Manager
  2. Experience working for a Main Contractor on schemes valued £5m+
  3. Experience in diverse sectors, new build, and refurbishment
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. SMSTS and First Aid
  6. CSCS card
  7. Degree or HND Qualified or a Trades background
