We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our team as a Housing Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing contractors involved in the project, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contractor Management: Effectively coordinate and manage contractors involved in the project, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
  2. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring the well-being of both contractors and tenants.
  3. Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of work performed by contractors, ensuring that it meets industry standards and project specifications.
  4. Energy Efficiency Improvements: Oversee the implementation of energy-efficient measures, such as insulation upgrades, energy-efficient heating systems, and other sustainability initiatives.
  5. Project Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role, with a strong background in housing projects.
  2. Contractor Coordination: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple contractors and subcontractors effectively.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with project stakeholders and team members.
  4. Health and Safety: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
  5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges on-site.
  6. Energy Efficiency Knowledge: Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and practices in the context of housing projects.
