About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Iceland's Food Warehouse stores. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve store performance and customer experience

Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
