About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and improve the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
