A highly skilled Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Technician is required to join the engineering team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and undertaking routine scheduled maintenance of plant and equipment, monitoring building management systems, and responding to alarm conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Perform routine scheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor building management systems (BMS) for running equipment and respond to alarm conditions in a timely and effective manner.
- Be available on a rotational basis for on-call duties, providing technical support and assistance as required.
- Work with a range of equipment, including steam boilers, compressed air systems, air handling units, fan core units, and backup generators.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
- Qualifications as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer/Technician.
