M&E Building Services Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Building Services Technician to join our team at Eisai EMEA. As a key member of our estates engineering team, you will be responsible for the reliable and compliant operation of our estate-wide services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment with stakeholders, causing minimal disruption.
- Deliver a high standard of mechanical and electrical services throughout the EKC business.
- Be on call 1 in 6.
- City & Guilds electrical qualification or equivalent (BS7671 & C&G 2391)
- City & Guilds mechanical qualification or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Engineering experience in similar regulated environments.
- Good awareness of Health and Safety.
- Multi-skilled in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience on steam boilers – blowdowns and water treatment.
- VSD's, motor controls, and relay logic.
- Domestic and low-temperature hot water systems.
- AHU's, FCU's, chilled water, and compressed air systems.
- Working knowledge of 'Permit to work' systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
