Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Specialist

We are currently hiring for a M&E Building Services Technician to join their engineering team in the manufacturing site, based in Hatfield.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and undertaking routine scheduled mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance of plant and/or equipment.
- Monitor BMS (building management system) for running equipment and responding to alarm conditions.
- Steam boilers, compressed air systems, air handling units, fan core units, steam boilers, normal boilers, air dryers, vacuum systems, back-up generators, etc.
- Previous hands-on experience in the Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
- Qualified as Electrical and Mechanical Engineer/technician.
