Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Technician to join our engineering team in the manufacturing site, based in Hatfield.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and undertake routine scheduled mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance of plant and/or equipment.
- Monitor BMS (building management system) for running equipment and respond to alarm conditions.
- Perform tasks related to steam boilers, compressed air systems, air handling units, fan core units, and other equipment.
- Previous hands-on experience in the Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
- Qualified as Electrical and Mechanical Engineer/technician.
