About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civils / Groundworks projects, you will be responsible for undertaking site surveys, budgeting, cost control, and liaison with clients and sub-contractors on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake site surveys, budgets, and cost control
  • Work closely with sub-contractors and engineers on site and in the office
  • Handle contracts and prepare financial reports
  • Negotiate with clients, contractors, and other surveyors
Requirements
  • Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civils / Groundworks projects
  • MRICS or similar qualification
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
