Your Profile:

We are in search of individuals who are passionate about customer service, strive for excellence, and possess a proactive attitude that fosters a welcoming environment in our facilities. You will be an engaging individual, consistently upholding high standards of service.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clientele, delivering a positive and professional experience. First impressions matter, and your role will involve providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are followed. You will provide accurate information and assist clients in evaluating their options to select the most suitable membership level. Additionally, you will support the communication and promotion of the Centre's offerings and assist in generating leads. This position is results-oriented, where your natural ability to influence and persuade will be essential.

To excel as a Client Relations Specialist, you will need effective verbal, numerical, and written communication skills, as you will be processing transactions swiftly and accurately while managing the reception area efficiently. Ideally, you will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving performance targets in a sales-driven environment. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset is essential; you should be someone who is willing to go the extra mile.

Main Duties Include:

  • Delivering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service
  • Building rapport and trust with clients by engaging with them and proactively meeting their needs
  • Meeting performance targets and sales goals set by management
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the front-of-house area, monitoring and controlling access to the centre
  • Managing customer sales and bookings accurately, assisting clients in their choices while driving retention
  • Contributing to program development through innovative ideas and actions that meet customer demands
  • Handling complaints sensitively and promptly, escalating issues as necessary
  • Conducting basic record-keeping tasks, such as monitoring temperature checks and waste records

What We Offer:

We provide competitive compensation and attractive employee benefits. Opportunities for training and qualifications in various leisure activities are available, along with skills development for life. Our extensive training and development programs offer options for full or partial funding.

If you are interested in advancing your career in the leisure sector, we would like to hear from you.
