Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Are you a seasoned Learning and Development professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team and lead our Programme of Learning and Insights.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation, shape educational initiatives, and grow professionally within a supportive team that values your expertise and creativity. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a comprehensive Programme of Learning and Insights, including managing online and in-person learning initiatives, ensuring all activities meet accreditation standards, and driving member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Programme of Learning and Insights, including scheduling, coordination with presenters, and logistics management.
  • Engage members for participation in both online and in-person learning sessions and gather inputs for promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Events and Sponsorship Director to secure event venues and meet sponsor requirements.
  • Oversee attendee registrations and respond to queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all programme activities and results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, event management, or educational programme delivery.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Experience in post-event production tasks, including video editing and survey creation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from feedback and performance data.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and CII accreditation (desirable but not essential).
