Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Recruitment Avenue. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage invoices, check for accuracy and completeness, and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage customer payments, including invoicing, credit memos, and collections.
  • Payroll: Process payroll, including calculating wages, benefits, and taxes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Requirements:
