As the Academy HR Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the business and the Group's People and Culture strategy. You will originate and lead organisational strategies in HR, leveraging your experience in talent management, succession planning, and employee development. A strong commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to HR delivery are essential, as well as proven relationship management skills to achieve a win/win.

This role requires a broad breadth of HR experience (+8 years) gained through experience, likely within a small to mid-sized FS company. Honesty and transparency are key, being open and sharing intelligence, willing to challenge. You will be single-minded enough to take the lead role for London but group-affiliated to be part of a wider remote team.
