Position: Behavioural Support Assistant

This role is centered around supporting students in a specialized environment, with the ultimate aim of reintegrating them into mainstream education. The ideal candidate will possess resilience, dedication, and a positive mindset to positively impact the lives of students. Responsibilities include assisting both educators and students, ensuring that learners remain engaged in their educational journey.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Comfort in settings with challenging behaviours
  • A genuine passion for working with students with additional needs
  • Availability for a minimum of five days a week

Relevant experience is advantageous in the following areas:

  • Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) settings
  • Pupil Referral Units (PRU)
  • Youth Work
  • Law Enforcement or Military
  • Coaching and mentoring in sports
  • Graduates in fields such as Sports, Psychology, Drama, and Counselling
