We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets and budgets.
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising and agree formats and strategies for the region.
- Liaise regularly with Marketing/PR to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
- Undertake market research reports and control advertising and marketing costs.
- Lead and build a motivated and engaged team of Sales Executives.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Embodies the Keepmoat values of being straightforward, collaborative, passionate, and creative.
- Experience managing a sales team using initiative and negotiating skills.
- Collaborative and skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels, including with operational leadership.
