Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets and budgets.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising and agree formats and strategies for the region.
  • Liaise regularly with Marketing/PR to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Undertake market research reports and control advertising and marketing costs.
  • Lead and build a motivated and engaged team of Sales Executives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Embodies the Keepmoat values of being straightforward, collaborative, passionate, and creative.
  • Experience managing a sales team using initiative and negotiating skills.
  • Collaborative and skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels, including with operational leadership.
