Financial Services Coordinator

At Together Financial Services Limited, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Processing Executive to join our Corporate Lending team.
About the Role:As a Processing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating inputs and enquires into the Corporate Lending team. Your primary focus will be on managing all administrative and operational aspects of lead generation required to provide for a 1st stage approval.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process corporate loan applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Verify client information, and process application details on the required loan operating system, to ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Work closely with Corporate Sales Managers to gather any additional documentation or clarify details needed for loan processing and approval.
- Deliver best-in-class service to our corporate clients, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
- Handle all data entry for new cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisions.
- Some experience in loan processing, loan administration, or a related role in corporate lending or banking.
- Familiarity with corporate loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).
- Understanding of loan management software and systems.
