We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Operations Administrator to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer documentation to facilitate a seamless journey from application to funding.
  • Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisions.
  • Liaise with customers and intermediaries to ensure agreed SLAs and completion deadlines are met.
  • Review and check all documentation on cases pre-funding to mitigate risk and minimize potential financial losses.
  • Develop relationships with solicitors to enhance their knowledge of our internal process.
  • Support Case Managers to operate with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and brokers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to minimizing customer effort and maximizing business goals.
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like.
  • High degree of accuracy and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills that enable cases to be funded in the optimum timeframe.
