We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our executive committee, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercially focused digital marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Lead and own commercial performance for the business, ensuring that we are meeting our revenue targets and improving efficiency.
- Oversee the conversion funnel from lead through to sale across multiple online and offline touchpoints, ensuring that we are maximizing our return on investment.
- Manage direct and indirect teams to constantly grow revenue and improve efficiencies, ensuring that we are operating at optimal levels.
- Consult and advise the board on integrating strategy across all functions in the organization, ensuring that we are working towards a common goal.
- You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing multi-million pound online media spend and expertise in online acquisition, digital lead generation, funnel management, conversion optimization, and commercial performance.
- You will be a commercially flawless individual with a thorough understanding of business operations in high-volume lead generation initiated businesses.
- You will be a confident and strong people manager, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve their best.
- You will have a strong knowledge of FCA regulations or alternatively other highly regulated consumer industries.
