Job Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, assisting them with their daily activities, promoting their independence, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication management.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in activities that promote well-being and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 6 months UK based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks
  • Valid UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
  • Approachable, friendly, proactive, and able to engage with service users effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
