About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our team as an Assistant. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculation and analysis of weekly materials, labor, overhead, and distribution costs
  • Creation of weekly reporting packs and reports to inform decision-making
  • Reviewing trends and providing supporting commentary and analysis
  • Assistance with month-end reporting and close
  • Ensuring financial controls, processes, and disciplines are in place and adhered to
  • Supporting key stakeholders, including other departments, auditors, and others
Requirements
  • Preferably Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
  • Strong Excel skills, with Power BI an advantage
  • Understanding or experience of manufacturing an advantage
  • Experience in analyzing information and interpreting data
  • Effective communication skills, demonstrated by working with a range of stakeholders
