About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Addington Ball Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the management of deadlines, and ensuring KPIs are met throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the management of deadlines and ensuring KPIs are met throughout the team.
- Review and develop the professional development of junior members in the team, proactively developing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Involvement in business development events, seeking to grow the client portfolio across the multi-service functional areas.
- Support future projects throughout the practice.
Requirements:
- A qualified accountant, ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent, although QBEs with prior experience in an accountancy firm will also be considered.
- Practical working knowledge of accounting systems including either QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Previous experience of interacting and collaborating with a client portfolio.
- An organised and proactive approach to tasks with the ability to multi-task.
