We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Professional to join our team at ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD. As an Internal Customer Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Manager and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Manager and customer base to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts and suppliers to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Provide technical customer sales support, handling queries and attending to customers' specific requirements.
- Efficiently create quotations for our portfolio of products, ensuring technical compatibility, commercial viability, and regulatory conformance.
- Technically evaluate incoming customer sales orders to ensure product suitability and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proactively identify and investigate customer complaints to resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize our order management system (Sage 200 ERP) to investigate customer orders and ensure accurate technical information is delivered.
- Develop a working technical knowledge of our product portfolio and certification requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate technical information is delivered to customers and the shop floor.
- Contribute to customer service levels and strive to continually improve those levels and associated processes.
- Ensure all work meets the appropriate standards and quality control criteria as set out by the company.
Person Specification:
- Proficient in using the MS365 Suite of products.
- Experience and knowledge of CAD (not essential).
- Previous experience in a similar technical customer service support role.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
