About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Team CV LTD. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and helpful response to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the management team's goal of improving service levels.
  • Accurately and regularly enter customer orders to help achieve minimum time delay between receipt of order and despatch of goods, thereby maximizing sales and stock turnover.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Identify and investigate potential problems with internal and external employees to ensure the smooth flow of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate customer inquiries to the External Sales Engineers to enable maximization of potential sales.
  • Participate in the annual stock take.
  • Ensure familiarity with data protection procedures set down by the organization as a result of the General Data Protection Regulation and understand that any breach could result in the organization's sensitive and confidential data being disclosed to competitors and other interested parties.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:30AM - 5PM (with potential for overtime).
