About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, escalating to senior colleagues or management as necessary.
