We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Officer to join our Commercial Services Team within the Regulatory Services & Health Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with site licence conditions across a range of caravan site types, including Residential, Gypsy & Traveller, Recreational and Touring Sites.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking site inspections to ensure compliance with site licence conditions
  • Drafting site licences and responding to complaints and planning applications
  • Working closely with the Gypsy Traveller Liaison Team to provide support and advice to individuals and the local business community
  • Taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, good time management, and a flexible approach to service delivery.
