We're seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team at the White Hart in Andover. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to success.

As a Head Chef, you'll have the opportunity to turn your hand to new skills or showcase existing ones in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll be part of a team that's obsessed with creating great experiences for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Maintain clear communication with your team and collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to ensure business success
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase your culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures
