Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer for a permanent role within a dynamic team. This position involves maintaining electrical systems across multiple sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of site assets.
  • Respond promptly to Building Management System alarms and execute emergency repairs as necessary.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Evaporative Cooling Systems and domestic water systems in accordance with L8 standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise engineering subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and site procedures.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting.
  • Qualification in electrical engineering at City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of SFG20 standards.
  • Ability to provide at least two references from previous employment within the last five years.
  • Possession of personal safety boots and basic hand tools.

Working Conditions:

The role operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with additional on-call responsibilities and opportunities for overtime. Join our team and contribute to maintaining high standards of electrical engineering excellence.
