An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a vital member of a dynamic team within the Acute Services Division at NHS Fife as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager of the Women, Children and Clinical Services Directorate.

We are seeking a professional with the expertise and qualifications typically associated with prior experience in a personal assistant or administrative role to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager and the Directorate Team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to manage a demanding workload effectively while exercising initiative and independence.

Salary information: The remuneration for this position will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for part-time hours.

Important notice: NHS Scotland is transitioning to a reduced full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week. This change will take effect from April 2024, with no alteration in pay. This adjustment will also apply on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees. As some service areas may not immediately implement the new working hours, you may be required to work an additional 30 minutes per week temporarily, for which you will be compensated until your service area updates its schedules.
