Night Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Night Care Manager to lead our care team in Dewsbury. As a Night Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to provide personalized care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Recruit, train, and develop care staff to achieve excellent care outcomes
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
- At least 6 months experience as a Senior or Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting
